The IQA seal assures that the member company has been performance-proven to consistently achieve the highest standards in the industry. Respect and Responsibility for customers, employees and community is key.
The Following code is the standard by which all members of the Independent Quality Alliance have pledged to conduct business. These code provisions are more than guidelines. They constitute the creed which we believe is the honest, forthright way to conduct business and, as a matter of professional and personal honor, we will bring the practice of these standards into all of our business-related activities with our customers, employees, competitors and community.

- We will respect every customer's right to quality work at a fair price.
- We will provide quality work on a timely basis at the agreed-upon price.
- All of our work will meet or exceed the technical codes and performance standards of the respective trade discipline.
- We will carefully diagnose each customer's needs and provide thorough technical analysis of each situation and recommendations on the best solutions respective to the customer's safety, budget, current and future usages of the property.
- If there are unforeseen circumstances which will alter the timing or cost of the project, we will inform the customer promptly.
