HVAC Mechanic III -
Duties include installation, service, and maintenance of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. Requires 4 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Plumber III - Inspects, repairs, installs, modifies, and maintains plumbing fixtures in heating, water and drainage systems. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. May be required to meet certain certifications in plumbing. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Directs and leads the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager. Electrician III - Inspects, repairs, installs, modifies, and maintains electrical/electronic systems, circuits and equipment. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. May have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Directs and leads the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager. IAQ Technician III - Also known as Air Purification Technician. Duties include installation, service and operation of air purification equipment. Must have 2-4 years of related HVAC experience or training. Ability to operate as a supervisor in a project for other related projects such as air duct cleaning and remediation services. Must complete an annual program of training within a company provided course of study, and obtain designated certifications. Typically reports directly to owner. Pay scale $16.00-$20.00 per hour.
Carpenter III - Inspects, repairs, installs, modifies, rebuilds, constructs, and maintains woodwork and other related structures. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. May have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Directs and leads the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager.
